
David is an environmental design consultant and author. His work concentrates on sustainable communities and land use. Together with Bill Mollison he wrote Permaculture One in 1978.
David has presented workshops on Permaculture Principles in the context of Peak Oil in many countries including Japan, Europe, Canada and the USA.

She is an engineering researcher in energy systems. Her work is to enable people to plan for change and to re-build local communities for a low energy future.
